NATE Testing Format
Tests are multiple choice, and may be given either with pencil and paper or electronically (computer). All NATE testing is proctored. Note: All testing outside of the USA and Canada is administered electronically.
The maximum time allowance for NATE tests are shown on the opening page of each KATE.
Federal Privacy law prohibits NATE from releasing individual exam results to anyone other than a candidate without written permission. By signing the Third Party Release Form the candidate is authorizing NATE to release results. Candidates may change their release status by logging onto their record at www.mynate.org.
